Annual Pass ($XXX) Unlimited visits for one full year. Ideal for local families and frequent adventurers in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. Blackout dates apply (see Blackout Dates section below).

If this is your first time at TreeUmph!, the standard Adventure Ticket is the best choice for most guests. It gives you 3 full hours to explore our 8 courses at your own pace, from beginner levels all the way up to our Summit course and the giant Triumph Zipline.

If you are visiting with a child between ages 5 and 8, the Ape Up Ticket is designed specifically for them. Older children and adults who meet the height and weight requirements can climb the Adventure Ticket courses together as a group.

If your schedule only allows a shorter visit, the Twilight or Afternoon tickets are great options. Not sure? Text us at 941-322-2130 and our team will help you choose the right experience.

Yes. Adventure Ticket climbers must be able to reach a height of 5 ft 9 in (180 cm) with one hand extended above their head and both feet flat on the ground. There is no minimum age for Adventure Ticket climbers as long as they meet the reach requirement.

Adventure Ticket climbers must weigh 275 lbs or less.

Ape Up course climbers must weigh 225 lbs or less. There is no height or reach requirement for the Ape Up course. Ape Up climbers must be at least 5 years old.

Misrepresentation of weight or other safety-related characteristics is taken very seriously and may result in removal from the park without a refund.

Yes. All guests must complete a waiver before climbing. Participants under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.

When you make your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with a personal link to your waivers. We strongly encourage you to complete your waiver in advance. It makes check-in faster and gets you on the courses sooner. Waivers are valid for the current calendar year.

If you did not receive your confirmation email or cannot find your waiver link, text or call us at 941-322-2130 and we will help.

Here is a look at what your adventure at TreeUmph! will look like from start to finish:

Arrival: A guide will greet you at check-in and make sure you have everything you need. Completing your waiver before you arrive helps speed up this process considerably.

Training: You will watch a short instructional video covering how to use your gear and move safely through the courses. After the video, you will move to our demonstration course where you will show guides that you can clip, climb, and zip on your own. Guides are on hand to answer questions and offer tips.

The Courses: Once you are cleared, the adventure begins. With an Adventure Ticket you will have 3 hours of climbing time across our 8 courses. You choose where to go and can repeat your favorite courses as many times as you like. We require that climbers complete at least one beginner or intermediate course before attempting our extreme course or the giant Triumph Zipline. Our guides are always available throughout the park to assist, whether you need a word of encouragement or a full rescue.

What to Wear: Closed-toe shoes are required. No sandals or flip-flops. Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that allows free movement. Avoid loose or flowing garments that could catch on equipment.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and any last-minute questions.

The following dates are high-volume periods. Special passes, Annual Passes, and rainchecks cannot be used during these times:

  • March 14, 2026 – March 22, 2026
  • November 26, 2026 – November 28, 2026
  • December 25, 2026 – January 10, 2027

Yes. TreeUmph! Adventure Course is a rain or shine outdoor activity. A little Florida rain will not stop the fun, and the courses are safe and enjoyable in wet conditions.

However, if severe weather occurs, including lightning in close proximity or high winds, we will evacuate guests from the trees and gather everyone at Base Camp for a safety announcement. Here is what to expect if that happens:

  • Most Florida storms pass quickly. Our team will monitor conditions and get everyone back on the courses as soon as it is safe.
  • Total wait time will not exceed 1.5 hours.
  • If after 30 minutes you choose not to wait and have not yet completed the last course of your ticket (including the Triumph Zipline), you will receive a coupon for a half-price ticket to return on another day.
  • If Management determines it is safe to return before the 1.5-hour mark, you will resume where you left off. No raincheck will be issued if guests are allowed back on the courses.
  • Guests who have not yet started the courses or are still on the demonstration course may receive a raincheck without waiting, if they prefer.
  • You must remain on premises to maintain your raincheck eligibility. Leaving the park forfeits your claim.
  • After the 1.5-hour wait, if it is still not safe to climb and you waited it out, you will receive a raincheck to return on another day.

Important: By purchasing a ticket, you agree that refunds are not given for wet, hot, or cold weather. Rainchecks are subject to future availability.

Absolutely. Safety is central to everything we do, and our park is designed and maintained with that as the top priority.

Every climber is fitted with a full-body safety harness equipped with two support cables using the KONG continuous belay and Saferoller system. This “always attached” system keeps you connected to the course at all times, so even if you lose your footing you will not fall freely. Climbers must always keep at least one cable attached to the main safety line.

Before anyone touches an actual course, all guests complete a thorough video training and a hands-on demonstration course. Our guides are stationed throughout the park to assist, coach, and if needed, rescue climbers safely.

If a guest needs rescue from an Adventure Ticket course and there are no health concerns, they are generally permitted to continue on lower-level courses. A second rescue results in grounding from elevated courses (though the Triumph Zipline remains available). Guests rescued from the Triumph Zipline are not permitted to continue, and no refunds are issued.

For Ape Up course guests, rescue from that course results in removal from the Ape Up course with no refund.

Climbers are expected to be in good enough physical health to perform strenuous activity. Closed-toe shoes are required, and climbers should not participate if they are under the influence of alcohol or medication.

We offer several ways to save on your aerial adventure:

Yes and yes! There is no charge for spectators and no charge for parking. Bring your friends and family to cheer you on, take photos, and enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting at TreeUmph!. Spectators are welcome to relax at Base Camp while climbers take on the courses.

Yes. Our grounds are beautiful and we love sharing them with guests. Picnic tables are available on a first come, first served basis and are occasionally reserved for large groups.

Our on-site food truck, TreeTop Cafe, serves up slices and menu items from Jersey Brothers Pizza, our local partner bringing authentic New Jersey-style pizza right to the park. It is the perfect way to fuel up before your adventure or celebrate after you conquer the Summit course.

Snacks, drinks, and merchandise are also available at the check-in area. You are welcome to bring your own picnic lunch as well. We do encourage guests to save large meals for after they have finished climbing and turned in their harness.

Absolutely, we encourage it! If you plan to carry a phone or camera up on the courses, make sure it is securely attached to your body. Loose pockets do not work well at height. We sell a cell phone holder and zip bags at the check-in window for just this reason. Show off your adventure to friends and tag us on social media.

Regular tickets: Full refund if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Within 48 hours, no refund is issued, but we will gladly reschedule your adventure up to the time of your reservation if you notify us.

Group reservations: Full refund if canceled at least 7 days in advance. Within 7 days, no refund is issued, but we will reschedule up to the time of the reservation.

If you arrive late for your reservation, we cannot guarantee rescheduling for that day and no refunds are given for late arrivals.

No refunds are issued for inappropriate clothing or footwear, or for participants who do not meet the height, age, or weight requirements.

Ground-based team building events are subject to separate policies. Please refer to your Ground Based Team Building Group Planning Guide for those details.

Text or call us at 941-322-2130 as early as possible if you need to make a change.

Our guides are trained to assist climbers at any point. If you get stuck or feel uncomfortable, simply call for help and a guide will assist you in safely descending.

If a guest attempts our demonstration course but is unable to complete it safely and independently, their ticket will be fully refunded. The demonstration course is a critical safety step, and we do not allow guests onto the main courses until they demonstrate they can safely operate the equipment.

TreeUmph! builds responsibly and has a genuine commitment to protecting the natural environment the park lives in. Our course elements attach to trees using a compression system, meaning they literally “hug” the tree without cutting into or damaging it. This allows trees to continue growing naturally and remain structurally strong.

We also preserve the wetlands around our park, maintain an active recycling program, and work hard to keep our grounds and the surrounding environment clean and healthy.

Yes! TreeUmph! is a fantastic setting for group events of all kinds, from kids’ birthday parties and school field trips to corporate team building and scout groups.

We offer team building events, group rates for 10 or more climbers, and special pre-made packages for birthday parties and scout groups. For group bookings or event inquiries, call 941-322-2130 or complete a Group Inquiry Form on our website.

Ground-based team building programs are also available and are governed by separate policies outlined in the Group Planning Guide.

Yes, and it is a core part of who we are. TreeUmph!’s mission is to inspire fun and a sense of pride through adventure, and that extends well beyond the park.

We actively support medical and health-related causes, public schools, youth athletics, and causes that promote social awareness. We accept charitable donation requests from local nonprofits and organizations through our gift certificate donation program. Due to high volume, we review all requests and respond within two weeks. Donations are available to 50 applicants per quarter, and each organization can apply once every six months.

If your organization would like to apply, please fill out the donation request form on our website.
